ECONOMIC STRATEGIES FOR A SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

ABSTRACT
Paper purpose – The main purpose of this paper is to find some economic strategies for a sustainable development.First we will try to find the necessary conditions for a sustainable enterprise and last but not the least we will try to develop a new type of management,the green management.
Approach/method – Research method consists of bibliographical research,internet resources consulting and discussions with stakeholders.
Findings – To achieve a economic sustainable development,the organizations must change fist ,their own environment by creating an sustainable environment.Also,they must to change their own management,by adopting a green one,which correspond to the three dimentions of sustainable development:economic dimention,social dimention and ecological dimention.In this respect this companies need to make changes to their own departments like:human resources,marketing,financial,production,research-development.
Originality/value – This research is a useful starting point for any enterprise that wants to adapt to the demands of sustainable development.

THE INFLUENCE ADVOCACY STRATEGY ON ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

ABSTRACT

The nongovernmental sector makes an important contribution to strengthening democracy, by monitoring governance activities, acting to increase transparency in public decision-making process and accountability by the authorities, but also by increasing the participation number of citizens, encouraging direct disadvantaged local groups in developing and implementing solutions to problems that they are facing, culture and behavior influence the decision makers of public institutions and citizens.
